Dungeon. Avoid even if they offer you free accomodation. Super rude staff and are under staff. During checkin the person at reception continue to ignore me and was busy with computer until I started stared at him aggressively when another person behind the counter told him something in Arabic. This is when he looked at me and checked me in. Bathroom was clean however very outdated and in desperate need of repairs. Bed not comfortable at all. Dirty blanket smells and stains all over it. I had to buy a new one and donate them on my way out. Pubic hairs all over pillow and on bed. Sofa soiled. Tv didn’t work. Furniture very old and rotten. Wifi sometime work sometimes not. Only good thing about this hotel was breakfast. Great variety and staff attentive. Location was ok. About 10 mins to Menara mall where you can find a supermarket and nice restaurants. 20 Minutes to train station and 20 Minutes Jemaa El Fna. I took cab from train station to hotel 5 mins ride and was asked 30 MAD. A rip off be careful some cabbies will ask you to pay in euros. There is no meter in taxis and better negotiate price first before you get in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.
