The roam which was given to me at Check in, the cabinet was broken, computer table was in bad condition and even a bulb was fused (You can imagine “Housekeeping professionalism” of this “Five Star” Property. On my showing everything, the Duty manager changed room. In rooms, light isn’t sufficient. Shaving kit, Dental kit and other toiletries aren’t provided. Hotel gives Complimentary water bottle only on the arrival day. Breakfast serving very poor, even the one Moroccan dish “Hareera” which they placed was of very poor quality. OVERALL A BAD EXPERIENCE
