the room that we stayed in was poorly maintained. the toilet seat was loose and broken one of the shades on the Windows cell off during our stay. throughout the entire facility including the rooms had ridiculous hanging signs from the ceilings and stickers on the walls really presented a juvenile atmosphere. I had to constantly duck to keep from striking my head on the ridiculous hanging signs. All of the signs and stickers promoted the facilities selfserving ecological statements. Check-in time took over 30 minutes to complete, with us being the only guests at the registration counter. likewise, the checkout procedure was even more confusing since they haven't a clue what to charge for any extras. we booked this hotel for the use of the Jacuzzi tubs that they offered and yet, we were unable to use them the first night since there was absolutely no hot water until mid-morning the next day. the water was ice cold so he had to rush to take a quick shower. This made my international flight rather miserable trying to clean up after a long flight. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, Since the manager didn't offer us any type of discount for inconvenience on the first night stay. on the upside the rooms were very clean, and the staff is very friendly, but the front desk Personnel needs to get their act in order. they have very poor customer relational skills. it's not often I get to give a bad review on a hotel that I stayed but this is one of the few.
