Pros: - Excellent location at the start of 'Champs-Elysees St.', next to 'Arc de Triomphe', and exactly beside one of the main metro stations 'Charles De Gaulle Etoile'. - Helpful and friendly staff. - Very clean rooms. - Reasonable price comparing with other 4 star hotels in the same area. Cons: - Horrible internet, one of the worst in Paris and maybe in whole Europe. - Extremely small rooms with horribly dated furniture, and I'm not talking about the old style which might be liked by some people (I don't). - No security cards for room entering. Just an old-fashion key. - No digital safe. You have to use a large key to lock it. Means you have to carry this key with you wherever you go. - Mini bar’s fridge is not working in most of the rooms. - No additional facilities or services what so ever, just a place to sleep at night. - Beds are small and not so comfy. - No view at all. Making things even more gloomy. - Water pressure of the shower is painfully weak. - Can't say it’s a 4-star hotel. it’s hardly 3 or even 2.
