Hilton Osaka is very convenient once we get off from the train station the hotel is 10 minutes walk. Hilton Osaka is right in the middle of train station.
Our stay at the Hilton Osaka was lovely. Our room was large, light, clean with lovely views over city. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was full buffet with great array of foods both western & Japanese. Staff were both courteous, friendly and helpful. All in all, a great stay
Room not cleaned well, Got apology finally but got annoyed because of the answer from the front desk. 'I can bring you a bell boy to move your luggage.' Well I have no problem moving my luggage but wanted to be apologized for the inconviences I had to experience and the time loss. Finally the manager came and sorted things out, but it was very unpleasant experience. Need to reconsider visiting here again because I have already been here several times before and it was my only and first choice when I visit Osaka, but all after this, not sure.
