The entire staff was extremely friendly. From the valet parking person, front desk person, sales associate in the gift shop, pool bartender, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. Every employee we met was helpful, friendly, and seemed very happy to be at the hotel. My husband had to purchase a bathing suit in the gift shop as he’d forgotten his at home. It was on sale for a very significant discount but the discounted price would not come up on the register. She made some calls to management and was able to ring up the suit w the discount. The entire time she was courteous and apologetic that it took some time to get it all figured out. We would most definitely stay at this Hilton in Galveston again!
The overall appearance is great, the stuff were amazing was disapointed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The closet was dusty and the a.c. filter needed changing
