When we arrived we were greeted by the owner. He seemed lovely at first until he started telling myself and my partner about previous customers. He ranted on about it and it became quite heated when the other customers returned. It took us over 45minutes to be checked in and I was yelled at for not having a paper copy of my booking. We had booked the room on our way to merimbula and I have never had to print out a paper copy, that is what emails are for. The rooms are old but in fair condition, although there is no air conditioning and it was a 35degree day. The views were amazing though, we could see the whole bay from our window. I would only stay here again if there was no other place available. Hopefully the owner has worked out how to operate a computer and have better customer service. Locking your guests in the entrance when they are trying to book in is extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable.
