We booked here for 4 nights (but spend one at Halong Bay). The staff were very friendly, always smiling and happy to help, we were given fruit and a cold drink on arrival. Our room was okay with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good, and items replenished frequently. There was a selection of cooked foods available to order as well, which catered for all tastes. The location was great, right in the Old Quarter and only a few minutes walk to the lake. We would definitely stay here again but would ask for a room on a higher floor.
