Room stank of faeces in entry. Narrowed it down to the shower room which had a large drain and mouldy shower curtain. Too late and too booked up the hotel have us some discount. Breakfast was chaos and being GF, dairy free and veggie - it was a nightmare. If you want something like GF bread or veggie sausages you have to ask. Staff then wander off and leave you waiting. Eventually got some half toasted bread/toast. I have food intolerances due to a medical condition and don’t think it is right that I or others don’t have the same ease of access to a range of food. How easy would it be to set up a ‘free from’ area? I would never stay here again.
