I was very displeased, as from the moment I walked in the door to the lobby, it smelled like stale cigarettes. We also received a note on our bed from housekeeping stating they did not clean our room b/c there was a shirt & folded pair of jeans on the bed. We were appalled & very upset & disappointed that the two nights we were there, we never received proper housecleaning services. We were doing our best to sleep in on Saturday morning, but b/c of the lack of respect the housekeeping employees have for the hotel guests, they kept us awake & annoyed by going from room to room, slamming doors every time they needed to get an item off their cart. It was awful.
