Located between Myeongdong and Dongdaemun (an hour walk to either), 10 minutes walk to subway. Horribly quiet at night to find your way back. Don’t expect a good sleep with dozens of mosquitos welcome you every night, vehicles next to a busy road, and people start to work before 7am in shops under. If you only need a place to sleep, at least find somewhere you can sleep; no need to fight with mosquitoes for hours every night. The facilities hygiene are terrible. I don't know when anyone sweeped the floor; maybe 2 year ago? Sink is blocked with no drainage system, only a hose to floor. It is the same in the public toilet, blocked with no one maintain it. Water heater hold a few liters only to provide 3 minutes warm shower; wait half an hour for next turn. Bed sheet and pillowcase rarely wash; it looks like at least a few dozen guests used them before me, dirty and smelly with others’ hairs. Be careful of 170cm door, I bumped into it many times. There is no water in “kitchen”. Not sure a 30-40 years old aircon with 1cm thick dust will work, but electric blanket under bed doesn’t, the light is on, but you will not feel any warm from it after hours. You cannot tightly close windows, which give you a full cold night. (a good entrance for mosquitos and flies.) Cable TV box connecting to CRT TV is broken, then why it there? Refrigerator is very noise and does not cool at all, when you open the door, you get a smell from a trash bin. Don’t expect to find any staff to fix things the next day, there is no one there. If you are luck to meet some girls at night in the reception there, they are not going to fix things for you beside give you a key to enter the room.
