my stay was ok i had disrupted sleep on the first night which was disappointing i was really angry because the noise woke up my kids. I booked two further nights because of the location and there was not a lot of guest so the kids could enjoy the pool anyway there was no staff by the pool so we had to go in and out to make orders it was uncomfortable and in the morning when I ask housekeeping to just change one of the bedsheet because juice fell she agreed i asked her to just change the sheet and leave because my daughter was unwell and i needed to go to the pharmacy she stayed in the room for ages and even made my daughter get out of bed to clear up our stuff so she could clean it's unacceptable I later completed to management but nothing was done. I find most staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful I've paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel and my stay there was the worst.
