the hotel is at an excellent location, UMI restaurant and Cliff Bar are exceptional. also the buggy driver was very helpful. but the cleaners and waitresses are not well trained - the cleaners were arguing outside our room in the morning, the waitresses seemed unmotivated to work (one was particularly rude to us during breakfast!). 1 bathrobe and 1 towel were dirty (had stains on them)
