The Hotel is rated 5 star but I would say it is a good 3 star standard with average service - nothing great or special in anyway - The one person in reception was very indifferent and they made no special effort to go over and beyond any requests made. The rooms are spacious with nice balconies and it is located close to beach and shops , but it could be better, many other accommodation options in more convenient locations, however more ideal if you want to be a little away from all the hustle and bustle. The food was acceptable, but noting special and not memorable in any way The pools were large with tubes etc.. and there was a good vibe, but it was very packed because we were there in season. One or two staff in the dining room and pool area were charming and overall it was pleasant here - nothing too complain too much about or rave about either - I think it is good for families more than solo or couples travelling.
