please take the action on the cleaning the rooms are very dirty. the carpets are not vacummed
Standards have slipped alarmingly over the past few months. Poor receptipn service, where the staff insist on answering the phones even when they are dealing with you, rooms with badly stained carpets and no English language TV channels show an alarming lack of concern for the hotel guests.!
