the room was ok. the pool area good but the dining areas so hot it was unbearable. we ate as quickly as we could and left. The Arthouse restaurant in the morning for breakfast was very busy and the fans running very low. we were told the air conditioning not working. after 3 days and not fixed not good enough. we tried the boathouse restaurant for dinner one night and also very hot. when we said we were leaving because it was too hot they adjusted the portable air con our way and it was a bit better. would not stay here again because of this. the staff, however, were great.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff very pleasan and willing to give the best service. The air conditioning in the rooms is excellent, but not in the public areas like the loby and the dining rooms. The location- onthe beach and the view is beautiful. It's quite far from the old city - 15 minutes driving.
