I had a diving trip in KK and the hotel is close to all vicinity, shopping, dining. Room is clean and tidy.. Good staff..
It is a hotel that worth the dollars. Only 5minutes walk to the Jesselton Point / Gaya street. A big mall is just opposite it. Breakfast tastes fair. However, the room key / light broke down a few times during the first few days and we had to change our room. Also, the AC is super cold no matter of the temperature shown on the control
Strategically located next to Suria Sabah. The Wifi reception was fine. Except you're expected to have room key only because they have limited key cards (you will have to go to reception or call them to open the room for your if you wanna keep your room cool by inserting the key power socket. The TV was aging and really lack of tv channels. The breakfast was okay. You can always use uber or grab as an alternative to taxi.
