it took 20 mins to check in so could of been better and we were kept awake all night because the elevator was right in front of us but in saying that every other time I have stayed there every thing has been exceptional so can’t be to upset thank you
I stayed here to attend a concert at RAC Arena, as the arena is straight across the road that was very convenient. the hotel is clean and tidy in all aspects and I cannot praise the staff enough! myself and a few of my friends from other countries were all staying here and the staff were happy and able to give in depth I formation about the area and things they should do. The on sight bar/restaurant does AMAZING food and the drinks are cheap. Staff were happy to hold my bags on check out day while we walked around the city and were able to organise transport for my friends to anywhere they needed.
We only stayed 1 night for a concert across the road which made it an excellent location. The bar prices are a little high, typical WA. The room we had was good. The bed was comfortable. A second pillow would be good.
the mattress was no different from sleeping on the floor (hard), also having to pay to park the car was disappointing.
