They tried to make up stay in an apartment about 1 kilometer away instead of hotel.We had to make our way ourselves to this apartment. It was a dark wet evening.We were told dial 0 for reception to hotel and we could request to be collected and brought to hotel.I dialed 0 twice and was left waiting for an answer for over five minutes on each occasion and no reply. I then dialed hotel from mobile got an answer but could not be put through to reception. Had to get into car and drive back to hotel and advised them we would not stay in this apartment as it was not what we booked.I asked for a refund of my money but Stephen at reception was able to then find us a room.While we did receive an apology and a bottle of wine we were very upset and annoyed at this stage and we had cancelled our spa booking as it was too awkward to go there from apartment.Overall we were very disappointed and unlikely to return there.
