If you want good customer service I suggest another place. Breakfast included is very, very misleading. They put out granola bars, pre packaged muffins, coffee and tea. This is the same at all extended stay hotels. I have requested that someone update the ad as its misleading but no one seems to care. Rooms are only cleaned every 7 days so if u need clean towels u do the walking. Same with your trash. U bring out ur trash urself. They do have pans and dishes upon request.
