When I checked in, the desk clerk did not crack a smile and was not friendly or welcoming in the least. After a 4 hour drive I needed to use the men's room. When I asked for location of men's room, she curtly told me there are no public restrooms. The hallways smelled badly. When I left in the morning, 2 women were talking behind the front desk. They looked up, one smiled, and did not stop their conversation to greet me or ask about my stay. The toilet barely flushed. It had snowed, the sidewalks were Not shoveled. The room was clean.
