This hotel has a great location to everywhere in North Austin. The issues I had were with the service and cleanliness. When I checked in there was only one towel in the room and no iron. It took me three visits to the lobby to finally provide one. And a trip to the lobby usually means a 10 to 15 minute wait because they are helping guests check in our they are not there at all. And after staying a week, I extended my stay by six days, so I asked for my room to be cleaned with new sheets and towels. Again, it took three trips to the lobby over two to finally have them do it. I probably spent about a total of an hour and a half of my time, just waiting in the lobby for someone to help. Since these issues occurred with multiple staff members, I have to conclude the management is to blame.
