not recommended if you want to enjoy your travel. one of the worst reception team you will ever face. the bed was not clean at all !
The location is excellent 2 steps from the subway and from the Burj Khalifa, the hotel is a skyscraper where you can have a beautiful view, highly professional and kind staff. Breakfast is plentiful with everything you need for a great day. The rooms are generally spacious and mine included, besides the bedroom and bathroom, of course, a living room with sofas and a desk, a kitchen with a kitchenette and even a washing machine. I recommend this hotel for its excellent location just a few steps from the metro. Breakfast is abundant for all nationalities. The rooms are large and are cleaned every day. Excellent internet connection ... The staff is very kind and friendly.
I'm remaining in this lodging for one night. The environment is exquisite. All stuff is inviting, accommodating and proficient. The room guardian is doing a phenomenal work. Continuously consoles everything is okay and in the event that something is required he can offer assistance with. My room is roomy with all offices you wish on and view is extraordinary. Metro/tube station is truly 5 minutes absent, a parcel eateries to eat and Dubai Shopping center and Burj Khalifa are one halt absent by metro. Public shoreline is near as well. There's a pool on the roof. I would certainly prescribe the remain here. Thumps up!
it was Ok
The hotel is located near a metro station and in downtown Dubai.. its easy to go around at less cost even to take a metro or a metered taxi. Our visit to the Emirates Grand Hotel was brief but pleasant, and good enough to encourage us to consider staying in the hotel in future. The shuttle service is great. View from the room is excellent. Very close to practically all the malls in Dubai. However, the appliances in our room were not all functional. The hair dryer and toaster did not work. When we requested for a replacement, the service was very quick and helpful.
