Room wasn't clean enough because I saw hairs of someone on the floor. I upgraded room but receptionist didn't know it and asked money from me again even I told I paid upgraded fee already. This is not first impression. Until reservation came to told her I just got to room and waited for 30 minutes. But another things are good, staffs were everywhere you want them to help, private hotel and very safety. The hotel is in Thana City Village.
