location super free bus to disneyland and the local transportation
I didn’t like the Wifi its very very bad. also the room looks bigger than the reality. I asked the reception to late check out for just 2 hours but the didn’t accept however I am sure 100% most of the room unoccupied because my visited was not in the season.
The hotel seems a bit stretched - staffing was thin in the bar for evening service, towel service was spotty in the pool. The small things were not quite right: the shower pan let water go everywhere in the bathroom, the hotel decor was fun but seemed an afterthought to fill the walls. The kids puzzle was great but the promised prize for completion was 'discontinued' to the great disappoint of my son when he tried to claim his prize. It felt like a 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star. Paying the 4 star full rate for this hotel I would have been upset - the heavy discount used bought the price to about the right level against the experience.
