First room had cleani g issues ans a c filter was dirty,affecting asthma. Moved to 2nd room,an upgrade,but still had few issues and killed a roach that was more than 1/2 inch in size. Was very unhappy,they were going to move us again,we said please just spray,too much to pack again and move. Omar was quick and cordial about resolving our issue,but my feeling is this should not be at The Doubletree Hotel anywhere. Never had this happen in any Hilton or Doubletree Hotel. This was unsettling to me.
