it's a new hotel, however the staff in the makan kitchen are not ready for full occupancy. I took buffet dinner and buffet breakfast there, the dining sets were incomplete, tables not cleaned, used plates not cleared fast enough(in fact only cleared once after 45min there), only one staff in air-conditioned area. I requested for baby cot but there were not enough cot in the hotel, I think this is not acceptable for a 5 star Hilton hotel.
