Receptionists were great and very helpful. Staff on the floor however weren't that great. We had a broken chair in our room. The staff picked up the broken chair from us without replacement. We waited for few hours, then had to call reception again close to midnight. Another floor staff came in and gave us replacement chair but stated he needs the chair back the next day........ We didn't want to lose the chair again (my wife has a back injury and is partially disabled) and therefore had to put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign during our stay to avoid losing the chair......
