the hotel and scenery was perfect. Everything you could ask for and more. The service was incredible and extremely professional as it should have been. You truly felt like the entire hotel took pride in their work. However, only complaint is their 'spa'. Not quite sure then should pride themselves in that word. While the facility itself had potential and was clean and felt like a spa, the actual service that was provided was a bit of a joke. I had tried their monthly featured service, which was a exfoliating body scrub service. 150 for one hour, average price, however not for what was provided. The women while very sweet, not sure she knew what she was doing. my husband also received a Swedish massage and both our complaint was there was no flow, many breaks, and not worth the price they were asking for. For a place that prides themselves in calling themselves a 'spa', they should brush up on some skills, as well as some etiquette on the front desk woman on how not to be pushy on the gratuity of the service. It was hopeful and worth a try but wouldn't be wasting my money on that amenity again. Which is too bad.
