This was my second stay here in a month. I chose it for convenience , price and availability. I was surprised when I arrived and was told that I was on the second floor. I requested first floor as I can't do stairs. They changed my room with what was available. There was really no issue there. Both times I made complaints about having to take a cold shower. Neither time did the phone in my room work. I had made very simple requests, was told no problem. But there was no follow through. If you need a place to rest your head the place is plausible, but don't expect hot water. It didn't matter what time of day I tried. Only once did I have warm water which turned cold before I was done.
