the check-in was slow, but ok. The breakfast offered was....ok. the second morning we woke up to NO WATER. we called the front desk, told it would be back on in about 15 minutes. One hour later , NO WATER still. called front desk, told they would check and call back. 30 minutes later NO WATER, and no call back. I went to the front desk I was told they have been very busy and promised they would check on it. I told the lady I would stand there at the desk and wait for her to check. She walked over and talked to a guy who was setting on the curb smoking then returned and said it would for sure this time be on in 15 minutes. it wasn’t. about 45 minutes later the water returned. never even got an apology for the inconvenience. we also got no maid services that day.
