We liked being on the top floor and the family room was large. The room could use some updating and the desk lamp didn’t work. The lift seemed erratic in that they never gave the correct status even though they seemed to work (showing a different floor number than the one they were stopping at, or stopping at multiple floors on the way down when no one was requesting the lift). We were disappointed with the choice at breakfast, the breakfast sausage was literally hard and bacon was very dry, yet still very greasy. The fresh eggs that the staff would make for you was the best part, but that’s about it. The staff were nice and friendly and we have no complaints on that part.
