VERY VERY DIRTY , SHOWER HEAD SPOIL , TABLE AND BED SHEETS FULL OF ANTS AND TERMITES , spoiled door, no free breakfast , paid rm200 one night did not get comfortable sleep as we fear the bed sheets might be very dirty as the previous room we changed was filled with dirty stains , i suspect the cleaner is not doing the work of cleaning , staffs are very unexperienced , did not know how to deal with the situation whereby the room is dirty filled with alot of ants , they still insist on me staying in the same room, is this the best way to treat your customers??? i am very very dissapointed in everything that happened in this damai puri. will not back to tat place for very long time if no renovation of the hotel is made.
