our stay was very comfortable and great. Rooms are a bit small. staff are friendly. accommodating and extremely helpful and always willing and most obliging.
I have no words to express how great everything was. From the time we checked in till the welcome check in lounge how they made us feel special. It represents Madina’s culture being welcoming hosts. Check in lounge Hi tea was the best experience with great savoury items and cocktails presented to us. Flowers for the ladies guests is such flattering experience. we were welcome with fruits, conplimentary arabic coffee and dates when we entered in our room. we also used to look forward to breakfast dining every morning. new items daily with regular breakfast enhanced menu. what customer service! housekeeing and cleanliness of the hotel was also very efficient and something to talk about. they were a call away, everytime we needed them. They always ask about our feedback too to make sure we r happy during our stay. we want to go back to Madina now not only for Masjid e Nabvi, Riyad ul Jannah but also the flattering experience we had at Dallah Taibah. we have already told all our familg and friends to stay there. It is my first time to write a review without any pressure because they earned their good review with the service they provided. they earned it. Way to go!! All my family members will review as well because of how they felt.
Location and service very good but should improve on breakfast . During my previous stay it was extraordinary good but this time I was disappointed.
