we enjoyed every minute here. staff were so helpful and friendly food and drinks were great will definitely come back again soon
Nice pool facility, friendly staff and good food.
We enjoyed our stay but just small things...like having same menu for breakfast buffet everyday. A bit of variety would be great. Friendly staffs but every time we request for something it took so long before we get it like an extra bath towel, while checking out an assistance with our luggages and making-up our room took forever to be done. we went for a swim all day and will come back at 3-4 pm and bed is still unmade. I understand that it was busy but still a bed will not take that long to be made up and room was just being tidied up not full cleaning. The barista made coffee on breakfast buffet and a free super dooper on a hot day is a nice touch just the service needs to be improved in concierge and house keeping departments.
service great, room was great only let down by the food in the bar. i was gicen the wrong buzzer. food left sitting on bar for 20 minutes. when i realised the error was still given that meal, cold steak, hot salad, ordinary. when i raised the issie was offered discount for following night food (one night stay so pointless), left it to me to find alternatives.
Fantastic, the food was amazing (in particular the breakfast buffet) and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite! Only issue was the lady who came and restocked the mini bar from the previous guests restocked it about 6pm while I was trying to get ready for a dinner, I flet this could have been done earlier while I was not in the room trying to get ready.
