We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my 40th. The hotel was relaxing and luxurious, we felt very spoiled! The room was modern and extremely comfortable with terrific views. The pool area was fabulous. Staff were friendly and conscientious. It’s perfect for a luxury getaway and I wish we could have stayed longer.
fantastic stay at this hotel. lobby staff very professional, helpful and friendly. only prob we had was at the pool bar where there was a mix up with our order and although we ordered a hotdog and wedges and drinks they charged for and bought out spring rolls and wedges. they then took spring rolls away to replace with a hotdog but my husband went and said that since we had already paid for the rolls we would just keep them. they then bought out a hotdog but no rolls
This was for a very special occasion, on arrival I waited 25 minutes to check in because the line was so long. Asked for a room with a view on booking and we got a view of the car park AGAIN. No chocolates this time in the room, and no toiletries in the bathroom. Bottle of champagne was sitting on the table un-iced and warm. Called room service to ask for a bucket of ice for the champagne and it took over an hour to get it to the room. Dinner was at the epicurean as we have eaten there many times, requested at reception of epicurean to have the bath filled and ready for return to room in 30 minutes as a surprise for my partners birthday. This was not done, I was very disappointed and sadly spoiled my other surprise for the birthday celebration. Once settled into bed we noticed one of the sheets was stained and removed it, spoke to reception and was informed the bed would be turned over. This too didn’t happen so we waited for another hour before giving up and going to sleep. Epicurean was amazing as always this was the only highlight of the experience.
We all really enjoyed our stay, we have never stayed at such an extravagant hotel, the room was immaculate we couldn’t stop playing with the gadgets. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, a smile goes a long way, which was great to see. The only things we didn’t like about our stay was the room wasn’t ready at allowed time of check in, but we did get a voucher each for a drink at TWR, and I think for the price you pay for the room, it would have been nice to have the buffet breakfast included or at least heavily discounted.
Beautifully appointed rooms and public areas, excellent views, food and facilities....a real asset to Perth!
