I’m very disappointed at my stay .. i had many situations during the stay .. starting from the beginning once i arrived i had to spend around 5 mintues till someone showed up and opened the door and helped me with my luggage, eventhough the security inside the hotel saw me once i came , then when i got to my room wasn’t ready after i got in, the housekeeper knocked the door to finish the job!! The fredige wan’t functioning very well i ordered a piece of cake then i left the rest on the fridge then later i found icemelted (water) on it .. at the evening I ordered a dinner the delivered a wrong dish so i told them but then they said no till i showed them on the menu-which is appear there were 2 dishes having the same name... not mentioning that they vacuum the hallway very early morining and until around 9pm .. then when i had to leave i had again to wait outside till my luggages were turned to me even though i called them very checking out before i went to the reception.. i feel very sad and depressed.. it’s not my first traveling but absolutely my first time having this hard situation
it was a good experience thanks to Hany Gad the front office supervisor, he was kind and helpful
