Our experience was a welcome with a non working air conditioner, a ticking noise coming from the bedroom wall and friendly helpful staff. The Easter weekend presented no dining service which was disappointing. The friendly staff did their best to work though the a/c problem by relocating us to the only available spare bed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with very helpful and accommodating staff.
