the hot tap in the room is not functioning the housekeeping doesn’t even take the previous customer survey form for further actions the lift is slow,the notification screen is broken housekeeping staff used the same lift although we have waited for the lift for quite some time and doesn’t even appologize to us for keeping us waiting.I have no idea why they didn’t separate the service lift
Good Place and good location. The staff are not helpful.
