The rooms are very nice. Attractively arranged and decorated, they give you a nice place to rest, feeling homely but at the same time feeling like a boutique hotel. The mix is great. The Wineglass restaurant, however, is a little below the standard of the hotel. Whilst I'm not sure whether or not the two are connected, the menu was basic and the prices a little expensive for what was served. The restaurant was once much better but seems to have decayed. The staff are not the most proactive, but that may be related to management rather than personal work ethics. Again, the Cobb and Co was great, with its staff both courteous and professional, in both appearance and conduct. Unfortunately this isn't the case of the restaurant, some of whose staff were not so tidy in appearance.
