I have stayed at this hotel many times over several years but this was the last time. I've enjoyed it before even though it became a bit worse every year. It's apparently a new owner now but standards have just continued downhill. There is no maintenance whatsoever. Even though the current pricing is rather low, you don't feel you get value for money. A more fair price point would be 10-15 USD/night, in the current condition. It's dirty, broken lamps or light switches, broken furniture, old towels and bedding. This place needs a complete, from the ground up renovation, new furniture and mattresses, and someone involved with knowledge about room lighting, fittings and finish.
