we were looking forward to a swim in the pool but did not trust the color of the water told reception they did nothing except sayvrhey were having problems with the pool pump would look into it and get back to us well that never happened the water got worse as guests were swimming in the pool nobody rold rgem any different complained again to reception again was told sorry having problems with the pool maintenance was onto it and they would get back to us once fixed we stayed 5 nights never hea5d anymore from anyone so ended up going to Southbank for a swim it was safer rhsn getting sick at rhe Mercure pool

Hotel was great. As were staff and room. My only real issue is parking is blinking expensive. Not use to habing to pay for a room and parking but everything else was great.

we had breakfast in the dark because The building was blacked out and We couldn't use pool as well. also, the TV didn't work..everything seemed not to ready for guests.
