excellent staff and value for money. buffet breakfast was fantastic
VERY NICE HOTEL & SERVICE, ***AS ITS 5 STAR QUALITY- NEED SECURITY CHECKING FOR EVERY ENTRANCE, NOT TO LET EVERYBODY TO COME IN THE PROPERTY, TO AVOID ANY UNACCEPTED TERRORISM. ALTHOUGH SRI LANKA IS A SAFE COUNTRY FOR FOREIGNER. ***TOO MUCH BAD SMELL TO TAO RESTAURANT SIDE!
excellent loved it . but rooms small compared to 5 star stadards
our stay was good, however we had to change rooms 3 times. first time was due to the bad view from the window, and the second time was due to the cooking smell coming from the ventilation. the manager was really nice and gave us an upgrade with a great view
