Hotel Location was good with a 20-30min walk in to the city centre, or the Luas Line stop was a short distance away, there was limited charged parking at the rear of the guest house or there was on-street parking nearby. The Room I had recieved was very small, in fact it was the smallest room I had ever stayed in, the guesthouse is not good value for money as I paid a significat amount for this size of the room, the room consisted of a single bed, a very narrow table, a wardrobe and a bedside locker that was imparactical to get access to. There was a very small window in the room that didn't get musch of a breeze resulting in the room to be extremly warm and humid. There was a fire escape off the room, i was told by reception I was not allowed to oped the fire escape, even though I complained that hte room was very warm and uncomfortable. There was no physcial door between the bedroom and en-suite resulting in the steam entering the bedroom making it very warm and humid. The table did not allow for items to left here such as medication, deoderant etc. The breakfast was good, food was tasty but service was poor, there appeared to be a significant delay in ordering food from the menu, although the food came out relatively prompt. There was also a noise coming from the adjacent room, it sounded like a waste pump from which was quite nosiy. Overalll I would not stay in this hotel again due to the size of the room and the facilities it offered, it represented poor value for money.
