Firstly this is not a 4 star hotel, but because it is classed as a '4 star' it has a more expensive city tax and I promise you it is in no way worth it. We stayed in 5 hotels over our holiday and this was one of the most disappointing. ROOMS: The rooms are falling apart. Let's start in the bathroom... If you manage to slide your face across the shower screen you will be able to sit on the toilet but not for too long as the towel heater right next to your face will sizzle your eyebrows. From here you can appreciate the missing door trim and that the hand towel is positioned to touch both the toilet and bidet at the same time. The sink and bidet (not that we used) have both had their plugs removed so not only will you loose multiple bars of soap but trying to wash your retainer and not drop into the toilet while drying on the towels above is a very stressful experience. The wardrobe in our room was literally falling out of the wall, we were scared of being crushed in our sleep. The thermostat has two levels... off or hellfire. This is the first of the two rooms we had booked. BREAKFAST: You don't want it here. Just trust me, the stale everything will provide you with zero sustenance to start your day. LOCATION: Close walk to the train station as long as you don't mind being heckled by street vendors.
