Requested a room with 2 separate beds (on this website and upon checking in) and got 1 double bed. After being in transit for 24 hours the last thing you want is for reception to tell you that they’ll send someone up to rearrange the room. They should’ve checked us into a room that already had 2 separate beds instead of making us have to go back to reception to notify them and then having to wait a further 45 minutes before being able to relax in our room and catch up on jetlag
