we didn’t know what to expect from this brand of hotel. had decent reviews but those can be hard to navigate at times. check in was very easy. great front desk. Offered us a complimentary drink as we checked in. Very clean and comfortable lobby. plenty of room to relax while waiting for others. our room was very clean and kept that way our whole time here. staff was very attentive to our needs. we never ate in restaurant so nothing to say about that. pool was small from what we are used to for a hotel but worked out just fine for our family. the pool area was also very relaxing. only negative from that was the server wasn’t keep an eye on us or other guests. he was focusing too much on one small group that was probably over served. so that is the only negative we had the entire trip. check out was super easy and we were on our way. we will be back and we will use this hotel group again whenever possible.
