The hotel is the most unclean hotel I have ever stayed in. We noticed our one year old's pyjama's had black all over her feet after walking around on the hotel room carpet for no longer than 1 hour. When then looking at the pi's from the day before we noticed exactly the same thing. After going down the the staff member at front desk who was helpful and shocked, I then had a great discussion with the 'person on duty'. He proceeded to tell me that after inspection of the room with their head cleaner the room was fine and was I sure that my daughter had not been walking around outside or on the balcony in her pyjama's. His interaction with a guest was not what you would expect at any hotel, but certainly not one who according to its website prides itself on the unique style of bespoke accommodation and personal service. I won't even go into the fact the there was a red mould build up around the bathroom vanity and other issues in the room of which I took some great pictures of.
Great, just the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as we had hoped.
