The room is self contained so great for long and short stays, however paying for breakfast to be included is not worth it. you are better off cooking your own or walking to a cafe thats very close.
friendly staff, pool area nice and clean, under ground carpark is low so we had to take roofracks off so we could fit in the carpark or else we would have had to park in street which meant moving the car every 3 hours to avoid a ticket. room were good but benches had many stains and marks, food on the wall that had not been cleaned. but was still a great spot. views were great, overall it was pretty good.

Motel looked dated on the outside Some water features looked old and were not operational Breakfast was a disgrace, very poor and the selection was very limited
The studio was great.Only two towels,no face cloth or bath mat.[not good].The reception was a warm welcome and informative.The continental breakfast was poor.Only full cream milk,most people now have soy,light or skim milk.Only orange juice,whats wrong with tomato .apple ,pineapple . Eggs idea was a good bonus,Tinned fruit is very cheap[apple,pear,sliced peaches,prunes.].Overall very good so just think of the breakfast as a bonus.Very close to everything tram across the road[how good is that],
