everything was great. Just thought one guy on the desk was going through the motions

Lots of pros and cons to the hotel. We were disappointed that there was no gluten free options although the menu to did say there was. There was no options on hand at the time but that isn't uncommon so not particularly a negative but I was upset that chesters bar was closed. I had booked for my husbands birthday and based my booking on the bar to be our activity for the night. it would have been nice ahead of time for that to be somewhere online that this was the case. The staff were super friendly and helpful the pool was lovely the beds super comfy and amazing to have a late check for free. beautiful check in space overall good stay only little negatives
